Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By using INFYNAL.com or buying a product you agree to these terms.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. Sharing accounts to circumvent licences is not permitted.
3. Licence to use products
Unless a product says otherwise, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user licence to use the product for personal or commercial work, including client work. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publish the source files, or claim them as your own.
4. Memberships
Membership plans are paid for a chosen period (monthly or annual) and give access to included products, tools and courses while active. Plans do not renew automatically; we send reminders before the period ends. Included downloads you saved remain yours under the licence; access to new downloads ends when the plan ends.
5. Payments, GST and invoices
Prices are in INR and exclude 18% GST, which is added at checkout. Payments are processed by Razorpay. Invoices are available in your account.
6. Downloads
Each purchase includes a limited number of downloads and a licence key. Abuse, automated scraping or link sharing may lead to suspension.
7. AI tools
AI output may be inaccurate. Verify it before relying on it for financial, legal, medical or compliance decisions. Usage limits apply by plan.
8. Acceptable use
No unlawful use, attempts to breach security, or abuse of promotions and referral programmes.
9. Disclaimer and liability
Products are provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at our registered location have jurisdiction.
