What we collect
- Account data: name, email, password (stored as a one-way hash), optional GSTIN and billing address.
- Order data: products purchased, amounts, invoice numbers and Razorpay payment references. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details — Razorpay processes them.
- Usage data: IP address and security logs, AI tool inputs you submit, and download history.
- Marketing data: your email if you subscribe or download a free resource.
How we use it
To provide and secure your account, deliver purchases, issue invoices, prevent fraud, provide support, and (only if you opted in) send newsletters. You can unsubscribe at any time.
AI tools
Text you enter into AI tools is sent to our AI provider to generate a response. Do not enter passwords, government IDs or confidential client data.
Sharing
We share data only with service providers needed to run INFYNAL (payments, email delivery, hosting, AI processing) and where required by law. We do not sell personal data.
Cookies
We use essential cookies for login and security, and a referral cookie (60 days) if you arrive via an affiliate link.
Retention and your rights
We keep account and invoice records as long as required by Indian tax and accounting law. You may request access, correction or deletion of your data (subject to legal retention) by emailing [email protected].
Security
Passwords are hashed, traffic is encrypted over HTTPS, and downloads require a valid purchase.
